Corona measures

We look forward to meeting each other in person. Safety for all persons involved in the Precision Fair always comes first for Mikrocentrum. The measures we have taken offer you plenty of space to meet each other responsibly, in an attractive environment. As an organization, we as Mikrocentrum follow the developments surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely. This is because the prescriptions and restrictions can change from day to day and from week to week. For example, we keep a daily eye on the advice from the RIVM (the Netherlands) and we take appropriate measures to avoid risks as far as possible.

The Precision Fair takes place in the Brabanthallen in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands and will continue as it looks now. We are in close contact with the venue and take appropriate measures in consultation with them. We also follow guidelines in accordance with the protocol for business meetings described by the Dutch Event Platform and we apply specific measures that are appropriate for the Precision Fair. On this page you will find an overview of all measures, guidelines and protocols taken to offer you a maximum safe visit.

Measures at the Precision Fair

The entire exhibition floor is designed in such a way that you can keep a distance of 1.5 meters everywhere. This applies to the stands, the 6-meter wide aisles, the VIP lounges and the lecture halls. Make use of it and allow each other the space to discover the exhibition floor safely. Hand sanitizing gel will be available throughout the event and in common areas. Disinfect your hands regularly!

In order to maintain sufficient physical distance, we monitor the number of people present in the halls at all times and adjust the measures and working method if necessary. All this in line with the guidelines of the local government. The measures applied at the fair will be further expanded in the coming period and adapted to the measures in force at that time as indicated by RIVM, the situation and developments.

For your visit, the following advice applies:

  • Wash / clean your hands regularly, especially after sneezing / coughing, with soap or disinfecting hand gel.
  • Keep a distance of 1.5 meters as much as possible.
  • When sneezing / coughing, cover your nose and mouth with a paper tissue or sneeze / cough in your elbow. Dispose of used tissues immediately and wash your hands afterwards.
  • Avoid close contact with people who exhibit symptoms such as sneezing / coughing, shortness of breath or fever.
  • Avoid shaking hands with other people or wash / disinfect your hands immediately after shaking.
  • If you show symptoms and / or if you come from a corona-affected area, contact your doctor immediately by telephone.

Do you show symptoms or did you had contact with a corona patient? As an organization, we ask people who have or have had symptoms of disease or who have been in contact with people infected with Corona not to come to the Precision Fair.

Measures taken by Brabanthallen

Safety for all persons involved in the Precision Fair is always a top priority for Mikrocentrum. The most important thing in all of this is and remains that this trade fair will only take place if it can be organized safely. Mikrocentrum is convinced that this is possible. Jeroen Dona, Director of Libéma Fairs & Events: “The Brabanthallen more than meets all the necessary conditions and guidelines and have approval from the government (safety region) to organize activities such as the Kunststoffen Vakbeurs and the Precision Fair. We do everything in our power to facilitate a safe and trusted environment and we take all possible measures that can be taken. ”
