Paul de Waal from Vögtlin Instruments in Switzerland is speaking on behalf of the Teesing Group in Rijswijk.
Paul has worked with Mass flow controllers for over 30 years. Initially in System development (Pilot plants) and Sales, after that 24 years as Director of Sierra Instruments bv in the Netherlands. Since 8 years Paul is the Business Development Director for Vögtlin, an international manufacturer of Mass flow controllers and meters. Paul is mainly responsible for new product development definition at Vögtlin, but enjoys the international sales aspects of his job.
Vögtlin is part of the Tasi flow group and since a few months Sierra Instruments has been purchased by the same group. With Sierra being a specialist in capillary and Vögtlin being a specialist in MEMS Mass flow controllers, he believed that it might be a good idea to explain the differences in these technologies.
Paul is Dutch so do not hesitate to ask you questions in Dutch.
